1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date. The following conditions apply to returns:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unopened and unused items only. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
- Condition of Items: All returned products must be in their original condition, with the packaging intact. Items returned in a damaged or used condition will not be accepted.

- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure they are returned safely.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to be processed after we receive your returned item(s). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, such as if items are returned in an opened or damaged condition, partial refunds may be issued.

3. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted product(s) and place a new order for the item you want.
4. Defective or Damaged Products

5. Order Cancellations

6. Promotions and Discounts
If you purchased an item with a promotion or discount and wish to return it, the refund will be based on the amount paid after the promotion or discount was applied. If a return results in a partial order, the remaining items will be charged at their full price.
